Pre-Screening

The application process for the Home Energy Rebate programs involves several essential steps designed to assist homeowners, landlords, and tenants in obtaining financial incentives for energy efficiency improvements and appliance upgrades.

Submit all required documentation and meet program criteria to be considered. Once submitted, your application will be reviewed for completeness and further eligibility. Qualified applicants will receive rebate approval instructions and have their properties assessed for energy upgrades by certified contractors. 2-Step Application Process

There are two steps in the application process. You must complete both steps before you are eligible to receive energy rebates.

Pre-Screening Form

Submit a Pre-Screening Form through the Portal. You will have the opportunity to request assistance with filling out the form if needed, and will receive a confirmation email once you have successfully submitted.

Rebate Application Form

After submitting, we will automatically create an application for each homeowner and landlord property listed on the pre-screening. Those applications will appear on the My Applications page in draft status, with relevant information from your pre-screening already populated for you.
